A Refined Personal Touch

Patisserie Angelica is an award- winning, French-style bakery founded by sisters Condra Easley and Deborah Morris. Condra was an accomplished pastry chef who worked at some of the most famous pastry houses in Paris and set the standard for our Parisian-style bakeshop today, which features an array of elegant desserts, chocolates, and custom cakes, and the popular West County High Tea. Deb ran the Café and was an artist in her own right, creating artful and unique decorative accents made of fondant for the one of kind custom cakes. As one of the premier wedding cake designers in the wine country, Patisserie Angelica creations are hand crafted and customized with the utmost attention to detail. Featuring the finest quality ingredients and local where possible, Patisserie Angelica is non-gmo, using natural food coloring, and single- origin chocolates in their truly true artisan creations. Condra and Deb retired at the end of 2018 and “passed the whisk” to Gergana Karabelov and Jennifer Bice, business partners and new owners. Condra and Deb were always innovative and visionary and are “living their dream and best life” now in southern France. Gergana has an accomplished culinary background. As a graduate of the Santa Rosa Junior College culinary program, Gergana has been a favorite at Sonoma County Farmer’s Markets for years with her Mommy’s Yummy’s food booth featuring Mediterranean food specialties. Anyone that has tried her baklava knows she has a special talent for pastries. Gergana spent several months working in the kitchen alongside Condra and Deb, soaking up their knowledge, recipes and attention to detail. As founder of Sebastopol’s Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery, Jennifer brings a lifelong dedication to good food and ethical farming, along with the business expertise gained in managing that business for 40 years. Her handmade production of award- winning, artisan goat cheeses gives her experience in small scale artisan production with quality ingredients. Gergana and Jennifer feel that Patisserie Angelica fits their values of quality and uncompromising taste and are happy to carry on Condra and Deb’s legacy. Friends, family, and customers experience “a little bit of Paris in Sebastopol” at this beloved Sebastopol treasure of deliciousness!

I am convinced that you truly are angels put here on this earth to give us mere mortals a little taste of heaven.

Our guests couldn’t even speak. They just tapped their forks on their plates and nodded! You came highly recommended and we could see and taste why!
