It has been too long for me since I immersed myself in Paris. I have started my book "A Pastry Apprentice in Paris and the time is right for a hit of inspiration.

It was 28 years ago that I sold everything I owned and move to Paris; attending "The School of Hard Knocks" and working for free for over a year.
