It is hard to describe this almond croissant; maybe addictive or irresistable? Not many bakeries make this in the French way. It is meant to be made with old croissant but we sell so many the croissant are freshly baked each time. They are soaked with a simple syrup and then an almond cream is piped in the middle and on top.
